Going Through Hell: June 25, 2018 Migraine & Headache Awareness Month

The June 25, 2018 Migraine & Headache Awareness Month Social Media Challenge was inspired by the Rodney Atkins song “If You’re Going through Hell.” The chorus’ lyrics encourage us to “keep on going, don’t slow down.”

Today’s Challenge

There are times when living with Migraine, Cluster, or other headache disorders feels like hell. Everything goes wrong and it feels like our misery will last forever. How might we encourage each other to keep going when all hope seems lost?
